Membership Cancelation


1. Log in to Mindbody with your credentials: East Coast | West Coast

If you do not remember or unsure if you have a login, try requesting a new password using the email you used to fill out our waiver.

2. Click the MY INFO tab, and then click Account.

3. Scroll down to the Autopays section of the page.

4. See Option A and Option B below to see which step applies to your account.

Autopays are run automatically at 12:00:01 AM on your billing date.  To stop future charges you must cancel at least 1 day before then. This will cancel all future autopays (3 days are recommended).

OPTION A: IF THERE IS NOT A LISTED END DATE (ex n/a in the red square below)

Click Terminate (see black circle). This will cancel any future auto-payments and terminate your current membership and access to the gym immediately. In order to get the most out of your membership, you may want to wait until the day before your current expiration date to cancel.

OPTION B: IF THERE IS A LISTED END DATE (ex 12/23/2022 in the red square below)

Click the uppermost Terminate option (see black circle). This will cancel any future auto-payments. Your current membership will remain active until the specified expiration date.

 

If you are canceling for another member linked to your account, you can hover over the red and green icon and it will show you the name associated with that membership.
