How the Partnership Works

  • The Operator Provides: Day-to-day management, culinary & beverage execution, staffing, inventory, permitting/operating expenses, and guest hospitality.

  • VITAL Provides: The physical rooftop space, primary bar/café infrastructure, existing liquor license coverage, direct marketing exposure, and an engaged base of members and guests.
