Our mission at VITAL is to build places people love. We do this by building great facilities and filling them with great people.
VITAL is open 24/7—we’re open to the public from 11 am to 9 pm, but only members can unlock the door at night and use the facility after the staff have gone home. The sense of trust and ownership this inspires is part of what makes the VITAL community so special.
We are looking for people who have as much passion for climbing and bringing people together as we do.
