Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop
Learn to fly in this two-part arm balances and inversions intensive! For the first session, students will learn how to unlock Crow pose, the fundamentals that underpin many arm balances that can be found in every vinyasa practice, and explore variations of Crow and poses in the same family.
For the second session, students will build on the foundation from the previous session and explore more complex arm balances, hop-throughs and other transitions between arm balances, and progress toward inverted poses like chin stand, forearm stand, and headstand variations.
Previous yoga experience recommended.
