LEARN TO CLIMB

Our Bouldering 101 clinic is an entry-level class that will cover many basic essential skills for climbing. We’d recommend this class to anyone who is new to the sport!

Topics include risk mitigation, warming up, etiquette, technique, and climbing terms.

All fitness levels are welcome. Ages 16+ unless approved directly by the program’s lead. If you have additional questions or comments, please reach out to austen@vitalclimbinggym.com.

Not a member? Sign up for a membership at the gym and get unlimited clinics and the ability to reserve class spots at your Home Gym in advance. Single visit walk-ins are available if space allows.

 Bouldering 201

Bouldering 201 is for the advanced beginner to Intermediate climbers. The class is designed to teach advanced techniques that will help any climber expand their understanding of movement and assist in the development of their skill set.

Curriculum includes advanced body positioning, footwork skills and climbing strategies through isolating movement and learning to decipher movement off of the wall. It will also teach technique movement on the wall, including flagging, bicycles, drop-knees, heel-hooks and toe-hooks.

Each Lesson will be 90-minutes long and is limited to 6 participants per class.
